Stallion Uranium Partners with CGI to Refine High-Priority Athabasca Targets
Stallion Uranium Corp. has achieved a significant technical milestone at its Coyote Target, part of the Moonlite Property in Saskatchewan. Following the completion of a ground-based SWML TDEM survey by Abitibi Geophysics, Stallion partnered with CGI to perform sophisticated joint inversion modeling. By integrating Ground TEM and larger-scale MobileMT data, CGI helped refine conductor trends and identify structural complexities that are often favorable for basement-hosted uranium deposition.
The collaboration allowed for a more nuanced interpretation than standard modeling, as CGI’s approach is not limited by thin-plate assumptions. This high-resolution work identified nine discrete electromagnetic conductors, six of which are considered highly significant with conductance values exceeding 10 Siemens. These findings, particularly where conductors intersect with density-low zones, provide Stallion Uranium with the precise resolution required to optimize their upcoming winter drill program.
As Stallion mobilizes a VTEM Plus survey over the Stone Island Target, CGI continues to demonstrate how cutting-edge geophysical inversion can de-risk exploration projects. By turning complex datasets into actionable geological insights, we empower our clients to position drill holes with maximum confidence and efficiency in the world's most prolific mining jurisdictions.
